I don’t think I want to go back to Tulum, but the kindness and service of each of the staff here was unforgettable I will recommend my friends here. The rooms were cute and cozy, and the attitude of the guy in charge for breakfast was superb. What a way to start the day! They showed us genuine kindness and were extremely helpful. Thank you.
I loved it! It was perfect! We were close to downtown Tulum, 10 minute bike ride from the arqueological site and 5 minute bike ride from cenote Calavera. All the staff was very nice too.I would stay here every time.
We stayed there for 10 nights , in my opinion on the best location , close to center , quiet neighbourhood, supermarket very close ! The price is very good , the staff very friendly and kind ! If i ever go back at tulum definitely i will stay there again !
Very good place to stay, the rooms are calm and clean. The pool area is a quiet good place to rest. There is a parking. The breakfast is rich and good. We feel like in a cocoon, not far from the city center. Special thanks to the amazing staff
I have stayed at Uolis for just one night but it was totally more than my expectations. First of all the crew is great. Sam at front desk upgraded my reservation free of charge, as I needed a bigger room for my family. Pepe at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Gave a lot of great ideas about surroundings. The family room was quite nice. It is a cozy but lovely place. You really find a peaceful and quiet place between those walls. And the breakfast was very generous. I hope I will have another chance to be there again.
We stayed 7 nights. The hotel is really close to the "centre" (be aware that the centre of Tulum is a street full of tourist shops) and supermarket. The pool was a great plus. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Parking available.
Cosy and spacious clean room, very kind and helpful staff, great mexican style breakfast. A bit noisy at night as it's in the main road. Very recommend to anyone visiting Tulum.
Great little spot. Deceiving on the outside. Pretty inside. There is a locked gate to keep outsiders from entering. There is someone at the desk 24/7. They speak English too. Nice little bungaloos. Super cold ac but we made it warmer the next night since we froze on first night. There's room cleaning daily. Continental breakfast is a bowl of fruit (good size) and then toast. They do have other options if you ask and itl be charge. We ordered chilaquiles. They were so good. Nice people. Family run. It does sit off a busy street so you'll hear cars go by when you're outside. The noise , we knew about before coming. It wasn't an issue for us . Cute place . We would return . We had a toddler wit us so the wifi on TV for kids YouTube was slow but we travel alot in Mexico an this is everywhere in Mexico. We took a shower and it was nice. It was soft water we could tell. No complaints. No microwave.. but fridagev
